Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from deam.blog ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a service you agree to the terms below.

1. Cooling-off period

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment, provided we have not yet started work on your case.

To request a withdrawal, email help@deam.blog with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

2. Services already started

By explicitly requesting immediate delivery of a service (such as a scheduled consultation or document review) before the 14-day window expires, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for work already completed.

  • If we have started but not completed the service, you may receive a partial refund equal to the value of the work not yet delivered.
  • Completed services are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of consultations

Consultations can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.

4. Refunds for unsuccessful applications

Our fees cover consulting and preparation work, not the outcome of any visa or business registration application, which is decided by third-party authorities. We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of applications submitted to government bodies.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at help@deam.blog. We will always try to resolve issues directly before any dispute is escalated.
